Day 2 went on pretty well...exercises weren't that bad and definitely faster than a 2hrs gym session! Let's just hope they’re also more productive...
Definitely looking forward to next week where the diet will get more defined; this half meal thing is getting to my brain!

ReplyDeleteStay strong, i think of this week and well, the entire PCP as a shock and Awww campaign agaisnt my body, breaking it down from what i thought was right to what is actually best for it...
We can do this !
Stick with the exercises and keep strictly to the diet. You WILL get results.
